• Ingredients: 2 tsp Smooth Healthy Mineral Mugicha, 70g warabi mochi flour, 350ml water, sweet matcha or sweet kinako (amount to taste).
• Preparation: Mix the warabi mochi flour and tea powder in a saucepan with some of the water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture becomes clear and transparent (turn off the heat when it begins to boil, then continue stirring off the heat).
